Yēyers Zásä Vǖy (/ðæ̋æg/ /zeɪ̯́sæ/ [messy] [supervisor]) is a subtropical Town located in the Hudajo Region of the Confederation of Goblin Tribes.

The name Yēyers Zásä Vǖy is derived from the Goblin language, as Yēyers Zásä Vǖy was founded by Casuanidae Poderma Apogata, who was culturaly Goblin.

Climate

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy has a yearly average temperature of 15°C (59°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 1°C (33°F). Yēyers Zásä Vǖy receives an average of 204 cm/y (80 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Yēyers Zásä Vǖy covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2966 m (9730 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1168, by Casuanidae Poderma Apogata. The establishment of Yēyers Zásä Vǖy suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Yēyers Zásä Vǖy is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy is buildings are arranged arround a single crampt packed earth mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Yēyers Zásä Vǖy's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Unfortuantly, these monster and outlaw focused fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Civic Infrastructure

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Yēyers Zásä Vǖy.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy has a Hall of Slayers, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Yēyers Zásä Vǖy's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.

Cultural Notes

Life is hard in Yēyers Zásä Vǖy. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Yēyers Zásä Vǖy a notably resourceful and hearty people.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.

Due to the actions of local Kami, spring is skipped in Yēyers Zásä Vǖy.

The Deer, Ringhorn near Yēyers Zásä Vǖy are known to be more aggressive than normal.

Yēyers Zásä Vǖy's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves consuming a local toxin to channel Mysticism energies of tier 3 via guttural bellowing.
